Information you provide
Our inquiry form collects your name, property address, and phone number. Email and a message are optional. Please do not include financial account numbers, Social Security numbers, or other sensitive documents. Entering an address in the first form only carries it to the inquiry form on this page; it is not saved until you submit the completed inquiry.
How we use and store it
Submitted inquiries are stored in a private Lovable Cloud database so Mary Z can review your property inquiry and contact you. We use the information to discuss a potential home sale and related questions—not to enroll you in a marketing list. Submitting does not obligate you to sell. This website does not currently send automated confirmation or owner-notification emails.
After an inquiry is saved, its name, property address, phone number, optional email, and message are sent securely to LeadConnector, our contact-management service, so Mary Z can follow up. If delivery to that service fails, the inquiry remains saved on this site for review. Information may also be processed by our website hosting and database providers to operate the site. Inquiry records are not publicly readable. If a sale moves forward, relevant details may need to be shared with a title company or other professionals involved in that sale, or as required by law. We do not sell form information.
Security and spam prevention
The form validates information, includes a hidden spam-detection field, and limits submission attempts. A keyed hash of a request’s network address is stored with a timestamp and attempt count for rate limiting; the form does not store the raw network address with your inquiry. These safeguards do not guarantee complete security. Hosting providers may maintain their own operational and security logs.
Cookies and external services
This website does not add advertising trackers or analytics tools. The inquiry form does not use browser local storage to save your information. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts and images are delivered through our hosting service; those providers receive technical request information when your browser loads their resources. Hosting infrastructure may use cookies for operational purposes.
Your choices and retention
You can call Mary Z instead of using the form. You can request access, correction, or deletion of your inquiry information by calling 314-200-5626. We may need to verify your identity before responding. Inquiry records and rate-limit records are not currently subject to automatic deletion. Mary Z can remove them when no longer needed, subject to legal or transaction-record obligations.
Updates
This policy may be updated if our data handling changes. The effective date above will be revised when it does.
